to do list:

Our kitchen ceiling when we moved in.
Recessed lighting is about the most unimaginative one in home decorating, in my humble opinion.

We lived with it until last month. Then it had to go.

My new kitchen ceiling is not only prettier, more open and gives us more light, but it is highly energy inefficient. We went from 120 watts to 320 watts. Nothing like being green....
BUT!
It is not flourescent so we do not get cancer. Not from that light anyway.

More projects...

So. We are buying this ranch. In case we run out of projects to do around the house, we will always have plenty more waiting for us on the
"Roads' End Ranch".

It is 10 acres with beautiful views. We see our San Jacinto Mountains and the San Gorgonio too.

If you feel like you need to do some work, you are always welcome on the ranch. We have a long to do list there too.

Next on the list is the fireplace. Stay tuned.
